We have a tie!
So here is what's going to happen. First, both Carter and Spencer will vote again. They can only vote for Ashley or Nadiya. If the vote is once again a tie, we will then proceed to a tie-breaker. Please get your votes in ASAP.

We once again have a tie!
We will now proceed to the tie-breaker challenge.
________________________________________________________________
Tie-Breaker Challenge
You have seen this challenge before, but this time the stakes are higher. The tie-breaker challenge will be lighting a fire. Unlike the other times this challenge has been seen, you will only be lighting one. That's right you have one shot, no modifying posts, no deleting. Just one go at lighting the fire. From the moment you start to when you finish, the person that successfully lights one fire first will win a spot in the Final 3.
Here's how you will light the fire.
You will start by building the base for your fire. The base will be built by placing wood on the ground and the kindling on top of the wood. This will be done by alternating posting the following two images:
There is no necessary waiting time after placing the wood on the ground before placing the kindling on top of it. Once you have placed the kindling on the wood, you can start lighting the fire.
To light the fire you will have to strike the flint with the machete until it creates a spark. To do this you must post the word "STRIKE" 3 times within the same minute. The times for your posts would be like this:
Post #1: 10:00 - STRIKE Post #2: 10:00 - STRIKE Post #3: 10:00 - STRIKE
If you fail to post all three in the same minute, you must start again. Once you have created a spark, you will have to blow on it to create the flame. To do this you must post the word "BLOW" 3 times within the same minute. The times for your posts would be like this:
Post #1: 10:01 - BLOW Post #2: 10:01 - BLOW Post #3: 10:01 - BLOW
These actions must be completed in consecutive minutes, one after the other. If there is more than a minute between STRIKE posts and BLOW posts, the fire will not ignite. As well, if you fail to post all three in the same minute, you must start over from the beginning and strike the machete once again to get a spark. If you succeed at both creating a spark and achieving a flame, then you must post the following image:
Once this image is posted you have created a fire. The first person to do this wins. You cannot modify or delete posts. You have until Friday, November 7th at 10:30pm EST to complete this challenge. Ashley and Nadiya, this is it, you are not only fighting to win this challenge, but you're fighting for a chance to win the game! Give this one all you got! Good luck!Survivors ready? GO!

Both of you put in an amazing effort, but only one of you managed to come out on top. It was a close fight for that final spot in the Final 3, in fact it all came down to a mere 20 seconds. The person that created fire first, in 1 minute and 20 seconds was...
Congratulations Nadiya! You have won your spot in the Final 3.
Unfortunately Ashley, that means you are now the ninth member of the jury.
*snuffs torch*
Carter, Nadiya and Spencer, you have gone as far as you can go in this game on your own and now the power switches over to the jury. They will decide which of you will become the Sole Survivor of The Survivor Games: Palawan.
Final Tribal Council will be set up soon.
