Immunity Challenge #5
Before this challenge began I instructed both Alpha's that they were required to banish two members from their tribe. Ashley and Erica decided to banish the following castaways:
What they weren't told was that each of these castaways will now form a new tribe. The El Nido tribe.
You are now your own tribe and can no longer communicate with your former tribe mates.
All three tribes will be competing in today's challenge, but only one will win Immunity. That's right, two people will be getting voted out by the end of this challenge. Did an Alpha make the right choice in removing two weak links from their tribe to secure a win? Did they make a fatal flaw costing them the challenge? Will the tribe of banished members band together to pull out a win? Only time will tell.

Today's challenge is called "The Alpha's Burden", because not only did both Alpha's already have to make a difficult decision that has impacted the game, they will also be required to carry a large portion of the burden of this challenge.
This challenge is a posting challenge. Over the course of the next 48 hours you will be working to fill crates with rocks. A fairly simple concept that will prove difficult in executive, especially for the Alphas. Each member of your tribe will have a designated amount of rocks that they must put into a crate in order for it to be filled. Each crate holds 100 rocks. This is what the breakdown looks like:
Alpha - 50 rocks
Castaway #1 - 30 rocks
Castaway #2 - 15 rocks
Castaway #3 - 5 rocks
To fill the crate you must post the following phrase:
(Castaway) places rock # in crate #
As I said earlier, this challenge is simple enough, but will require team work and a lot of effort from certain members of your tribe. Now I'm sure you're wondering why this challenge lasts so long compared to other ones, that's because the stakes of this challenge have never been higher. Not only will two tribes be going to Tribal Council, but you are now each reduced to tribes of four. There's nowhere to hide.
As well, after both Tribal Councils have taken place, the Final 10 will merge. So you may ask why I'm revealing this now, and the answer has to do with the Alphas. At the merge there will be one remaining Alpha, and that Alpha will automatically be immune for the first Tribal Council as a merged tribe. If this Alpha has an Immunity Token as well, that token will be able to be saved and used at the next Tribal Council you attend. So Alpha's you are not only carrying burden of doing a significant portion of the challenge to win Immunity for your tribe, but you are also fighting to be immune at the first Tribal Council you attend in the merge. There is a lot at stake, hence the extra time for each tribe to fight.
This challenge will officially begin at 9:30 PM EST, and will end on Wednesday October 15th at 8:00 pm EST. The reason for the delayed start is to give Ashley and Erica the opportunity to determine their tribe order and post it in this thread, and give El Nido the opportunity to select their Alpha and for them to do them same.
The El Nido tribe camp will be set up shortly.
This challenge is to be completed in your tribe camps. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me.
